Event service is where we take photo's in an informal setting such as a party, team event, organised work event, sports event.

We will capture between 100-800 images depending on the nature of the event and your requirements. There is no use of a mobile studio at such events.

We have three options for you to choose....

Option 1 - Digital image event - non sporting - £55 per 4 hour attendance

• You get between 100-300 images on a DVD for you to do with as you please
• 4 hours attendance slot at event (0900-1300, 1300-1700, 1800-2000)
• 10% discount for 2 half day periods on the same day, 15% for all 3 on same day.
• Within 25 miles of Ipswich
• No set format to photo's taken e.g. no pre-arranged groups, portraits etc.

Option 2 - Digital image event - fast-moving/sporting - £125 per attendance

• You get between 100-800 images on a DVD for you to do with as you please
• Attendance is at set times - to be agreed (typically 4-6 hours)
• Within 25 miles of Ipswich
• No set format to photo's taken e.g. no pre-arranged groups, portraits etc.

Option 3 - Photographic print event - Free per event

• You get between 100-300 images online to choose prints from
• 4 -6 hours attendance at event
• Each print is chargeable to the end consumer
• No digital images are supplied
• Within 25 miles of Ipswich

 

We bring a studio to you! There are two basic background services, and then a number of options you can add on.

Background 1 - High Key (High definition) White Vinyl background - £40 per event - requires 6x3.5m space (~30 minutes set-up/take-down time)

Background 2 - Traditional background - Blue/Grey background - £25 per event - requires 6x2.5m space (~15 minute set-up/take-down time)

Once you've decided which background you would prefer, you can then choose from a number of different options to add-on.

Option A - Digital Images on a DVD - £20 per 1 hour event. Unlimited use of pictures....you do want you want with them

Option B - Photo Pack option, instead of a DVD - £10 per 1 hour event. You receive 1-10x8, 3-7x5, 6-6x4 printed images, un-mounted. Additional prints may be ordered on line.

Option C - smiffees arranged location - if you don't have the space we can usually find a suitable location for the event. £80 per event. This option really should only be used if you want to get together with some friends or other families as this will help share the cost.

Notes :

• Additional charges for travel outside 25 miles of Ipswich
• A Conservatory is NOT suitable for taking pictures as the light cannot be controlled
• We recommend a maximum of 6 people per 1 hour event to capture suitable images
• If you want us to photograph a pet we recommend you book at least 2 hours

Example pricing - 2 families wanting a white background and the digital images on a DVD.
£40 for Background 1, plus Option A x2 (£20 x2) £40 = £80, or £40 per family

These assignments can take between 1 and 6 hours depending on the customers requirements. You provide the brief and we will try and meet it. We can also provide mock-up materials as well to give you some ideas what to do with your images.

Pricing is dependant on requirements. Please e-mail to discuss. Prices start from £35 for 1 hour session which includes set-up time. We will fix a price once we understand your requirements.

 

We take your images (or the ones we have taken) and work some magic. The price is dependant on the request.

Portrait adjustments		To remove blemishes from face	£3 per image
Art from images		To turn your image into an art type picture e.g. watercolor, oils etc	£5 per image
Collage		Poster style collage (up to 50 images)	£20 per image
Montage		4-5 images merged to a single montage	£25 per image
Pop Art		1 images transformed into pop art	£25 per image
Shrink/Grow images		Images created from a number of other images	£25 per image

We will provide you with a proof to approve before sending you the final digital image. Payment is required prior to the final digital image being sent. We reserve the right to cancel the service if mutual agreement on the proof cannot be reached. This is a remote service and requires no home visit. An additional £3 surcharge per image/creation is payable for non smiffees images.
